LILY ANN PRENDERGAST MURDER

 Forty years ago on October 27,1981 a woman named Lily Ann Prendergast's skeletal remains  was found on the side of the interstate in Sacramento California. This cold case is considered to be a homicide by the local police and by the FBI. However, because they cannot seem to find some sort of cause of death or even show an autopsy report I do not believe that this is the case. Even on the skeletal remains they should have been able to find some sort of evidence that would lead them to a homicide, but they have not been able to present such information. Based on the lack of evidence for a homicide I have no choice, but to rule this case out as a death of natural causes. 

Based on the evidence I've seen gathered none of it really points towards an homicide. The FBI report states that she was last seen leaving her parents home after a big argument in Dallas Texas. It's more than likely that this argument must have made her so angry at her parents that she wanted to be away from him as far as possible this worried her parents so much this caused to file a missing persons report. We must also factor in the fact that the body was found on the side of an interstate if this was a homicide why would it be left on the side of the road. If Ms. Prendergast was actually murdered her body wouldn't have left it in such an clear spot.  

The FBI file also tells that she was known for hitch hiking this one fact places her at the scene itself. A logical assumption is that she was out hitch hiking, but due to a terrible accident she soon fell to her injuries and sadly she died. Based on the factors of the landscape it is scientifically proven that it takes only three weeks for a human body to decompose into a skeleton. The local Police themselves believed that Ms. Prendergast met her death five months enough time for the body to decompose into her skeletal remains. 

In Conclusion, based on a lack of evidence and without any kind of leads I have no choice, but to rule this case a death of natural causes. The evidence that has been collected in this report shows that it lines up the assumptions I have made. In this line work we cannot just say that there is someone to blame for a death . The Princess Blue Murder

          On September 10, in the year 1990 a man was walking on the side of the road he found human bones with the skull in the tire.  This was Julie Davis or as she is commonly known as Princes Blue. Crimes like these are worst than many if the past crimes I've investigated. Through much research and running through all the possibilities of the case I have come to the conclusion that this crime was caused by her siblings.

            Obviously this was a not a one man job this took multiple people to conduct this crime. Ms. Davis's brother Danny Davis said that their other sister Shelly had met this husband Ms. Davis had married at the age of 18.This one fact is evidence, because of the fact that they were unable to tell the name of this so called "husband" nor could anyone find a second body at the scene. Another interesting thing about the body it takes many years for the human body to decay. The bones were found after three years she disappeared there still should have been some kind of remanence of hair, organs, or even blood  this stands to reason that the body itself was burned to death. When something like hair is burned it will never grow back and when bones are burned they cause fracture patterns.

                  The idea of this crime was to simulate a car accident, however they was no car at the scene. They could concocted the whole thing when in reality they murdered her by burning her alive that made it look like the ribs were fractured. This would be convincing, but they found the skull in a tire then her brother comes along and use his blood to confirm her identity in order to keep him from being a suspect. 

                      In Conclusion, I believe that this murder was initially caused by her siblings. As for the ring this was just to throw everyone off, because Ms. Davis had no connection to Robert E. Lee High. All the stories they made was just a cover story to cover up the fact that committed a murder. This is John Henrick saying........

The Murder of Rochelle Stubblefield

       In recent days a man known as Derron Fuller was accused of killing a 20 year old pregnant woman named Rochelle Stubblefield. While everyone believes that this man killed this woman I say that this accusation is incorrect. I do indeed believe that he this woman, but I'm not convinced that he killed her. Yes it's true that there are testimonies stacked against him, but I don't believe them, for they provided inaccurate details. As what I am I refuse to let this innocent man go to jail for a crime he did not commit. Through much investigation I have come to the conclusion the killer of this crime was Derron Fuller's girlfriend at the time.

             

             In my investigation I saw the truth in the records the police investigated this case for five years and came up with no real evidence. The only thing thing that links Mr. Fuller to this crime is the inaccurate testimonies of three people. He allegedly said he didn't know Ms. Stubblefield and the child she was carrying wasn't his. If what he said was that means he lied Ms. Stubblefield's pregnancy can be traced from eight months ago. The records state that Mr. Fuller was involved with a woman back in 2015 around the same time of the murder.

  

    

                  It's possible that he cheated on his girlfriend and slept with Ms. Stubblefield and by intern accidentally getting her pregnant. The girlfriend found out however, and began to hate Ms. Stubblefield so that she wanted to kill and her unborn child. This gives her a motive wanting to take revenge on both him and Ms. Stublefield at the same time killing her and getting him to take the blame. It's also possible that the two people who said that he confessed to killing Ms. Stubblefield probably was in fact his cousins, but thought was wrong so they helped them. They told the police that the body was buried behind William Elementary School. 

      

              I would believe that except for that one thing they said the body was "behind the William Elementary", School", but when the police searched the whole area they found nothing. It stands to reason that they put the body in a river to let the current drift it away from the area. What they wanted to do was get rid of all real evidence so that all that the police could charge him was their testimonies.

              In conclusion I have come to the single fact that Mr. Fuller's girlfriend is the one that committed this crime. To know the name of this woman ask Mr. Fuller assuming that the police already have the name and refusing to act. While I agree with what he did was wrong he doesn't deserve to go to jail for a crime he didn't committee. This is John Henrick saying..............

The Death of Alonzo Brooks

       On May 1 in the year 2004 in La Cygne, Kansas a body was found this was the  dead body of Alonzo Brooks. The body was found by his family this shouldn't have happened a family should've ever found a dead body of a family member. It was believed that this crime was a raciest hate crime that there was someone to blame.  I don't believe that this is the case while one would say his friend is to blame would be a good choice I just don't believe this was the case as well. Through much research I have come to the logical conclusion that his death was completely circumstantial.

           It's completely understandable that everyone would think that someone committed this crime that was someone to blame. However if this was the case there would some kind of damage to the body nor was he dragged into the creek. According, to the autopsy the body "did not show any signs of physical injuries, like broken bones, lacerations, or gunshot wounds". This is the biggest piece of evidence proving that no one had something to do with this. I know Dr. Erik was accused of harvesting organs without permission, but the fact of the matter is he would never harvest the organs of a damaged body.  

              Now some people would say that this was all caused by the friend of Mr. Brook's Justin Sprague was really responsible for this whole thing. According, to the record Justin drove him to the party, but left to find some cigarettes' he said that he got "lost" trying to find his way back to the party. I don't believe him how could he get lost if he was able to find his way the first time. It's very possible that when he left and got "lost" Mr. Brooks was left without a way home over the spend of a month as he tried to find his way home he slowly died without food or water. This would explain why none of the items in his pocket was wet they were all dry. 

                In conclusion I believe that the death of Alonzo Brooks was completely circumstantial. I don't believe Justin caused the whole thing, but rather this was the result of his stupidity. As for Dr. Erik I don't believe he had anything to with it either he was just a man who saw opportunity to harvest organs. As I said before if there was someone to blame there would be some kind of damage to the body, but there was nothing. This is John Henrik saying...….

The Mystery of Room 1046

   Among the many cases, I've investigated so far this one has been most difficult. I speak of the case known as The Mystery of Room 1046 though in my investigation I saw something interesting. The way the man was behaving while staying in the hotel was obvious that he was hiding from someone. This was the result of him doing something in his past of which people wanted revenge. Through much research, I have come to the conclusion that this man was more of the guilty one than the killers, I believe that the killers here were more of the victim.     

         In my research, I learned to ask an interesting question of why would a man go missing, it's because he's done something that would make people so angry that they would go out and kill him. he was has been known by many of my sources that he has gone by many identities the man was later identified as Artemus Ogletree. One of my sources: mentalfloss.com states that a man named Robert Lane drove an unknown young man about half a mile from the hotel in question. This man in question was described to have a deep scratch on his arm. Now Lane suspected that the way the man was trying to cover up the blood from an even worse wound. When Lane asked about the injury on his arm the man was reported to just mumbled: "I'll kill [him] tomorrow". This man had deep injuries and possibly many more along with the desire to kill someone it is likely to believe that this man was one of the people who killed Ogletree.

       

          

          Now it is reasonable to believe that this was not a one-person this murder was carried out by two people. According to mentalfloss.com, they state that on the phone in the room they found fingerprints belonging to a woman. The evidence that was found in the room as well as what we know from the unknown man could greatly mean that this was, in fact, a two-person murder. Which brought me to the logical sequence that the two came in through the back of the hotel tracked him to his room and used one of the employee's master keys to get in the room following their entrance the two and Ogletree began to fight in which the fight ended in his death.

          This sequence is possibly logical it would explain the strange that was seen at the crime scene. According to the site allthatsinteresting.com, it states that after the murder the room was stripped to the barred all clothes, towels, soap, toothpaste, and anything that can be used as a murder weapon. Escaping out the back of the hotel could make for a pretty good getaway after you've just committed a murder. Another interesting piece of evidence from mentalfloss.com during the funeral proceedings an unknown man anonymously funded the funeral. The man called and said that Ogletree had as he put it "jilted" a woman the man apparently knew then send that all three of them met at the hotel. He then finishes the call by saying "Cheaters usually get what's coming to them". The site also says that around the time of the funeral an unknown woman called the local paper saying that Ogletree will be buried at a different location and that all. When the editor asked what happened in the room all she said was "He was in a jam".

         In conclusion, I believe that this was an act of vengeance and that Ogletree was more of the guilty one,and killers were more innocent. All the evidence of this case points in that direction given the description of the unknown man and of the unknown phone calls. It is because of these many reasons why I believe that the names of these two killers are not important. This is John Henrik saying........

Chicago Tylenol Poisening

                   In the city of Chicago in the year of 1982 a horrible massacre occurred it was known as the Chicago Tylenol Poisoning. This massacre was the catalyst to the death of seven people good innocent lives. From what I gather the person who did this didn't have any connections to the victims and even if he did he couldn't account for them getting the poisoned Tylenol. This crime was committed by someone who tried to collect a large some of money. Through my investigation of this crime and with great research I have come to the conclusion that person behind the Chicago Tylenol Poisoning is James Lewis.





                     In my investigation of this case I came across interesting evidence on Lewis of what he did years after the incident. According, abc news go.com it states "After the murders he served 12 years in prison for writing an extortion letter to Johnson and Johnson the markers of Tylenol saying that if they paid 1million dollars they could stop the killing". Evidence like this raises one interesting question.  If he truly was innocent why would he write letter to Johnson & Johnson saying to pay him 1 million dollars to "Stop the killing".



                         As moved through my research I came across an interesting testimony regarding the case. On the site known as Chicago.com a man named August Locallo said "Basically, the FBI had him in custody, and by the time we got to New York, he had his attorney and he wouldn't talk to us". That's another thing that raises a question if  he was an innocent man why would he feel the need to hide behind his attorney.




                              In conclusion I believe that James W. Lewis was the man behind the Chicago Tylenol Poisoning. Why would this man write a letter to the company saying to pay him a million dollars to "Stop the killing". Not too mention, August Locallo firmly believed that Lewis was in fact capable of murder. The Murder of the Elvis Presley Fans'

       On December 28,1956 Barbra and Patricia were leaving to go see an Elvis Presley movie. Though they never returned home. Their mother became worried and called the police which put out a missing persons report. Initially the police had thought that they had planned this whole thing from the start in order to be closer to Elvis. However, things are not how they seem on January 22, 1957 the two sister's frozen remain were found on the side of the road. I have com e to the conclusion that the killer of this crime is Charles Leroy Melquist.



           The person who did this was smart it is a known fact that the two sisters did in fact leave the house to see the movie at 7:30 p.m. . There were also many eye witnesses who saw the girls at the movies. According, to the currenttahs.com the atopsy reports that they died of secondary shock to the low temperatures and they died four hours late that night. It's extremely likely that Melquist offered to give them a ride home, but they stopped threatened to kill them if they didn't take off their clothes then forced them to get out.


             Another interesting piece of evidence I found in my investigation was the murder of Bonnie Leigh Scott. This woman was murdered approximately one year after the murder of the Grim sisters were found. This woman in particular was killed in the same manner as the Grim sisters and died the same. According to the file the man responsible for this crime was Charles Leroy Mequist a crime of which confessed to.


     
      In conclusion, I believe that Charles Leroy Melquist is the killer behind the murder of the Grim sisters. This man confessed to killing a woman in the same manner as the two sisters one year later the murder was also only 10 miles from the Grim sisters. It's very likely that he confessed to throw people of the trail of the Grim sisters murder, for only served 8 years out of 99 years of sentence. This is John Henrik saying............

The boy in the box

          On February 25,1957 something was terrible was discovered a small infant boy in a box. This was the boy in the box a boy who was beaten, suffered finally killed. This poor kid was only a four years old when he died. Whoever did this, whoever had the nerves to take the life of this innocent child needs to be brought to justice. Through much research I have come to the conclusion that the boy was the son of Arthur and Anna  Nicoletti, but it was Arthur and Catherine Nicoleti that committed this murder.




            First off I must mention that Anna was the daughter  of Arthur and Catherine, and was considered mentally ill and therefore to sick to live on her own. Now the evidence that was collected for this case is interesting actually, for there is an interesting clue that the Nicolettis committed this crime. The fact the child was never identified with a name, or the fact that theses people never filed a missing person report. It's very possible that they didn't want him or care about him enough to give him a name. According to the boy in the box weebly.com Anna had gave birth to four children. However, when they were questioned for the murder they only had three children one of them was killed by electrocution. In the terms of foster children they had 5 to 25 foster children, but when questioned they only had 8 foster children.Which raises the question they how many more children died it truly does raise the suspicion that their kids died out of the blue like that.


               Another piece in the case is that when the house was being auction the house the detective found something interested. The first was a small crib similar to the box that held the boy in the box. The second clue was a duck pond it's possible that they took him and dropped him the pond, and kept hitting his head in the pond while at the same time drowning him to death. This would explain why the boy's hand and feet were wet and why his face was battered.


                 In conclusion, I believe that Arthur Catherine Nicoletti are the killers behind the boy in the box murder.  All those children they had and some of them just out the blue that type of thing raises suspicion. Also, the fact that they refused to  a lie detector test ,why would they do that what would they have to hide. This John Henrik saying........

The Icebox Murder

        On June 23,1965 a gruesome murder took place human, flesh, and organs were found stuffed into the freezer. This terrible act was committed by a person who was angry. This person wanted nothing more than for these people to suffer. However, I believe that the person here was more of a victim than the actual victims. In my investigation I have come to the logical conclusion that the killer of this crime was in fact Charles Rogers the killer of his parents Fred and Edwina Rogers.


       

             In my investigation I found that Charles Rogers was the only suspect of the crime.According to houstonimage.com it states that "But the police didn't get the chance to speak to Charles, despite a nationwide manhunt". That's a little suspicious, because despite an entire search of the nation they could not find this man. However, on chron.com it stated "They contended that he skipped town for Mexico, hiding with the help of his connections in oil and mining". Why would he need to skip town and head straight for Mexico, the answer is simple he knew he would be figured out as the killer, so he ran.



              While Charles Rogers is the killer of this crime I believe that he was more of a victim than a criminal. According, to houstonimage.com it states "The Gardiniers say that Charles was physically and emotionally abused by his parents well into adulthood, and that at the end of their lives they were defrauding him by forging his signature on deeds of land that he owned. Charles owned the house they all lived in not his parents, and Edwina had apparently taken out loans on it and pocketed the money". This man was betrayed by the very people who is supposed to trust no matter. However, they abused and took advantage of him through out his entire childhood and well into his adulthood.



                  In Conclusion, I believe that Charles Rogers is the Killer behind the icebox murder. What reason would a man need to skip town for Mexico, for no other than that he committed a murder. However, while Charles Rogers did commit this murder he is not the one to truly be blamed for this crime. He was abused and betrayed by his own parents people who he was suppose to trust out of everyone in the world. This is John Henrik saying

The Murder of Jonbenet Ramsey

         Christmas is a time of happiness and joy when people can enjoy each others  company and not worry about anything. However in the Year of 1996 on December 25 a terrible murder occurred one that would be a new low for the criminal underworld. This was the murder of Jonbenet Ramsey a six-year old American child beauty who was strangled to death in the basement of her house. Who ever did this awful thing must be brought to justice they must know justice. This man was a man who killed this girl for no other reason other than his madness. Based on much research and analyzation I have come to the conclusion that one who committed this awful crime is Bill McrReynolds.




              In my investigation I came across many an interesting facts about McReynolds. During the holidays he would work as the town Santa, was a friend of Ramsey's father, and would entertain children at the Patsy's Christmas gatherings every year. The site states "McReynolds was rumored to have paid a little too much attention to Jonbenet, going so far as to arrange a secret visit from Santa Claus on Christmas''.  This man paid too much attention to this girl and went to far as arrange a secret visit which tells us that this man had a way of entrance into the house. Also, on the site it states "Supposedly he had chosen Jonbenet to be his "special friend" going so far as to bring a vial of glitter gifted to him by the six-year old with him into heart surgery". The killer of this crime would have to have some kind of obsession with the victim these act he did shows he had some sort of obsession the Jonbenent.



              Some say that it was highly unlikely that McReynolds committed this terrible crime, however jonbenetramseypbworks.com has accumulated a list of evidence. The site states "Amothe little boy who was also a special friend of Bill McReynolds was murdered 7 years before Jonbenet". This brings up suspicion if he had a special friend 7 years before the death of the victim it would show that he would some sort of experience in doing this type of thing. Not too mention, on the site it was recorded that he wrote Jonbenet a Santa Claus card it was found in the trash of the victim's home. Now that raises a question why or how could there be a hand written Santa Claus card for the victim in the trash of her him an accurate and logical accusation would be that this was a poor attempt to get rid of evidence.


                 In conclusion, I believe Bill McReynolds is the killer behind the murder of Jobenet Rmasey. It was stated that McReynolds requested that the glitter from the vial gifted to him by the victim to mixed with his ashes. It is also worth mentioning that McReynolds wife wrote a play where in onr act a child was killed in the basement of their home back in 1974. This is John Henrik saying......

The Case of the Disembodied Feet

     On Jedediah island on August in the year 2007 a hiker found something interesting, it was a disembodied foot. These feet have been found a consecutive number of times washed up on a beach. All of these feet have been found from 2007 all the way up to 2016 appearing in in different sizes. When the feet were found there was no note or a ransom note which tell us that this wasn't some criminal calling card or a ransom kidnapping. Based, off research and analyzation I have come to the logical conclusion that these feet were the result of human trafficking and when the victim died and therefore had no more use they were thrown out into the ocean and due natural causes the feet broke off the body and washed up to shore.




     
          In the past years recent evidence of this case have shown that the DNA of the feet have been matched up with people who have gone missing in the past. According, to globalnews.com it states "A right foot was found on the Jedidiah Island. DNA analysis linked this foot to a male that went missing in 2004". This piece of evidence shows that a person was kidnapped, and three years later this man's foot washed on the beach since we only found his foot we can assume that the man himself is dead. Globalnews.com also states that all the rest of the feet found had DNA matched up to people that went missing two or three years prior.



       The feet were found on the shores of many beaches, believed to be the calling card of some killer, however I don't believe that this is the case. Globalnews.com states "The coroner says after examining the feet, it appears both disarticulated naturally due to prolonged immersion in water". This is proof that this is no calling card of some criminal, because according to the coroner the feet came off the body naturally. McLintok even says that this these amputations were not the act of any "Strange serial killers". These evidence are solid facts that these feet were no the result of amputation acts serial killers.



       
           In conclusion, these feet were the result of human trafficking and natural causes. The people of whom the feet belong to were reported missing two or three years prior before the incident. It's extremely likely that these missing people were the result of kidnapping for human trafficking. Not too mention, the autopsy proves that the feet came off naturally due to long exposure of the water. This is John Henrik saying...........

The Murder of Patricia Denise Palmer

     On November of 1981 in Tulsa Oklahoma a woman was murdered in her bathtub this woman's name was Denise Palmer. This woman in particular was living a happy life with her husband and high school sweetheart Randy Palmer. She even once send to her her mother "Life is almost too perfect",but life has a funny way of showing itself. Her life was taken by a person who was nothing more than a psychopath. For this murder I have reason to believe that the murder of this crime  is Paul Williford.



     


          Paul Wilford was a man who according to his file "Confessed to chocking two women to death". The file also says that these murders were just ten minutes away from where Ms.Palmer liven and it was all on the same day.  These two women who were killed by Williford were killed in the same manner as Ms.Palmer. I believe that this is no coincidence these murders were all on the same day, and ten minutes away from the home of Ms. Palmer's home. Not too mention, the women were killed in the same manner as the other women, so it's more than possible that this man is behind this murder.



            Now I believe that new evidence has revealed that Paul Willford is the murderer, because of    According to the true crime files.com it states "He was in prison  from 1987 until 1995 serving part of a 21-year sentence for robbing and almost strangling a woman in her 60s to death". Now it may seem unlikely, because the women killed by Williford  are much older than Ms.Palmer. However I ask this question do the criminally insane require an excuses to kill? 



In conclusion,I have come to the logical conclusion that Paul Willford is the killer behind the murder of Denise Palmer. This man was convicted for killing women in the same manner as Ms.Palmer all on the same day. He was also convicted of murdering many more it is true he confused to many more, yet it's likely he's killed many more. These likely evidence based on logical facts and circumstances are the logistic reason why I believe Paul Willford is the killer. This John Henrik saying........

The Zodiac Killer

      In the years of the 1960's and 1970's Northern California was terrorized by a man who called himself the Zodiac Killer. In his span of crimes he killed many people mostly couples plus a simple taxi driver trying to make a living. In one of his many letters he used to taunt the police he said "I enjoy killing, because it's, so much fun". He was not just crazy he was smart this man committed his crimes at night in a secluded area where there no wittinesses. There were no fingerprints, no DNA, and no real evidence to actually put him away directly. It was because of this that this man was ruled out as a a suspect. I have come to the conclusion that the infamous Zodiac Killer is Arthur Leigh Allen.



   I know he was ruled out because most of the evidence on him was from the many testimonies of his friends and family, but what do people who love and care about him have to gain from lying about him. On the site Listvers.com it states "Allen's former friend,Don Cheney reported to police that Allen wanted to call himself Zodiac and kill couples at random". That quote fits the Zodiac Killer's M.O. as most of his victims were random couples. Also, on Listverse.com it states "Later, Micheal Mageau, a victim who survived one of the Zodiac Killer's attacks identified Allen as the killer in another murder". It's one of these things that make Allen the Zodiac Killer as out of all of the suspects he was identified as the killer.

      When researching the many connections of the victims I learned that Allen had a unique connection to the victims.  According to Allen's Crime Report File it states that "Allen was living seven minutes from the Lake Herman Rd. crime scene". Allen was only living seven minutes away from the crime scene of the Zodiac Killer's first crime scene he could've easily drove up to the soon to be crime scene killed the couple drove back to his home, and pretend that nothing ever happened. It also states on his Crime Report File "In 1991, the search warrant executed by VPD revealed Allen owned the same type of ammunition used to kill the victims of the Zodiac's Lake Herman Rd. attack. Allen owned the same weapon and ammunition used to kill the couple and he lived only seven minutes from the crime scene it was the perfect crime all he had to do was wear a glove, so they wouldn't be able to find his fingerprints.  In the case of the Blue Rock Springs on July 4,1969 the file states that one of the victims Darlene Elizabeth Ferrin worked at a dinner that was 1/10 from Allen's home who visited regularly, the file also says that Allen admitted to being fond of Ms. Ferrin. In the case of Lake Berryessa on September 27,1969 the report states "Zodiac left a foot size 10.5 at the crime scene. According, to the police report Allen wore 10.5". In the murder of Paul Stine him and Allen were friends he was killed on Allen's birthday every time there's a holiday that was significant to him someone close to him dies.

          In conclusion I believe that Arthur Leigh Allen is the notorious killer known as the Zodiac Killer. He unique connection to all of the victims of the Zodiac Killer. He was also in ownership of a  watch that had the same symbols of the letters the Zodiac Killer used in his letters. He was also in possession of the same weapons the Zodiac Killer used. The Murder of the Black Dahlia

     On January 15 in the Year 1947 a horrible and gruesome murder occurred. On this day I life was taken a woman named the Elizabeth Short, but most know her as the Black Dahlia. For many years the murder of this terrible crime has avoided justice. Today I plan to bring his name forward and into the light. I have come to the conclusion that the murder of this horrible crime is no other than  Ed Burns.

        The murder of Elizabeth Short was not just to kill her, but to humiliate her meaning it would have to be someone close to her. According, to the site Blackdahlia.web it states that "However, he was not very attractive some even said he had rabbit like features". This quote combined with the fact that the site also says that she never really showed her off to her friends. This would show that Elizabeth Short felt a bit of embarrassment for even being with Burns. It's possible that he could tell how embarrassed she felt for just being with him, so he felt the need to humiliate her.

         It is also worth mentioning that around this time Elizabeth Short was obsessed with the Suzanne Degnan murder. In this obsessed phase she came into contact with Burns on the site  Blackdahila.web it states "However, perhaps Elizabeth began to drive him crazy with it".  Because of her obsession with this murder it could have drove him mad as she would constantly mention it too him. The site also states that she idolized William Heirens over him. It then states "He could have tied up Elizabeth, killed her, and mutilated her face in the same fashion as Suzanne Degnan to allow them to live out his twisted interpretation of her fantasy". Now this quote is not just possible it is logical, for after constant hours of having the same subject shoved in his face and the fact that his woman idolized another man over him could drive him to do a terrible thing.

          Now I believe that the current evidence I have presented aren't necessarily reasons I believe that they are factors that drove him to commit the murder. However, my biggest piece of evidence is his suicide. It is believed that he committed suicide on March 15,1947, but it's not the suicide  that interest me it's his letter. On the site the note states "To whom my concern: I waited for the police to capture me for the Black Dahlia killing, but have not. I am too much of a coward to turn myself in, so this is the best way out for me. I couldn't help myself for that or this". This letter was written two months after the Elizabeth's murder and he stated in the letter that he couldn't help it, that this was the best way out for him, and that he was sorry for that.         

         In conclusion, I believe that Ed Burns is the killer behind the Black Dahlia. All the evidence are I have presented are greatly logical. Not too mention, Burns was considered a "UNID'd Man" which is considered an unidentified man. Also his suicide letter also confirms for a good confession. This is John Henrik saying.........

THE MAN BEHIND JACK THE RIPPER

    In the year 1888 in London,England there was a serial killer who has been elusive throughout history and his name was Jack the Ripper. For, years he terrorized and murdered many women throughout his many appearances. No one truly knew who this serial killer was until now. Through much research and many analyzing of all suspects and victims even from the letters he left behind I have come to the conclusion that Jack the Ripper is none other than Aaron Kosminski.



        As I researched through the site Jack the Ripper.org I came across the suspect page of Aaron Kosminski who was considered a major suspect. According, to the site Aaron Kosminski was "a Polish Jew and a resident of Whitechapel". Whitechapel was the key place where Jack the Ripper committed his murders. The site also says "He had great hatred for women especially of the prostitutes and strong homicidal tendencies". I found that quote to be interesting, because what do you call a man who has a strong hatred for prostitutes and strong homicidal tendencies ? The answer is obvious you would call that the mindset to of Jack the Ripper. Especially since all of the victims were prostitutes.

           Furthermore,I believe that the key point of evidence is the highest of proof. On the site sciencemag.org it states that "Genetic tests published this week point to Aaron Kosminski, a 23-year old Polish barber and a prime police suspect". Now I believe that the fact the that they found his DNA was found is solid evidence. Not too mention, on Jack the Ripper.org it states that their was an eye witness who saw who Jack the Ripper actually was the witness didn't give an actual name all he said was that it was a "Polish Jew".


In conclusion, I believe that the evidence I have here prove that Aaron Kosminski is the notorious serial killer known as Jack the Ripper. Jack the Ripper would've had to be someone who hated prostitutes and who had homicidal tendencies all things that Kosminski had. According, to the Jack the Ripper.org Kosminski had been summoned for crimes similar to that of Jack the Ripper's crimes. Not too mention, the fact that they found traces of his DNA.
