The Phantom Stalker

On June 8,1989 in the city of Richmond the people were shocked to find a woman lying dead on the ground, this woman's name was Cindy James. She died a very brutal death I could not even begin to understand or even fathom the pain she felt prior to her death. This crime is the most unforgivable I have ever seen this woman was a nurse she taught children she did not have the fate that life gave her. I refuse to stand and let the man who committed this brutal terrible get away with this. After researching this case I have come to the conclusion that the killer of this terrible crime is Pat Mcbride.

In this particular case the person to search for would in fact be her ex-husband it is the simplest answer. However, that is not the case here Pat Mcbride was not just a lover of Ms. James he was also a police officer. Ms. James received many threatening phone calls and many other verbal and physical abuse in which the police hardly did anything to help. Mcbride who was a police officer would have known how the police would be able to react and therefore manipulate the outcome of the entire situation. This would explain why the police were so reluctant to help forcing her to turn to a private investigator. Also, when the police put her house under surveillance the attacker only attacked when the police took their gaze off of her that means that person would have to know when the police would only someone from within would know information like that.

In order to pull off these crimes the killer would have to be very close to like someone who was close to her someone who knows the layout of the house itself. Furthermore, the way the police handle the murder itself was questionable at the most. They ruled it as a suicide, but how could it be a suicide if her arms and legs were tied behind her back. The most logical reason for hardly putting any effort into the case is because they did not want to arrest one of their own.

In conclusion, I believe that Pat Mcbride is responsible for the murder of Cindy James. The police hardly put any effort in this case for the logical reason that they didn't want to arrest their own. It couldn't have been her husband, for received the same threatening phone calls she did. Mcbride fits the profile and would have all of the nessciary information required to carry out the murder. This is John Henrick saying.........................................

CASE CLOSED.
