The Trial of Lizzie Borden

I have investigated many cases for many years, but never have encountered one as gruesome as this. On August 4,1892 at 92 Second Street in Fall River, Massachusetts Andrew Borden and his wife Abby Borden were murdered by an axe that visciously chopped their skulls in multiple pisces. This murder was was puzzling to say the least as police were unable to find any solid evidence. I am here to bring killer to justice for this horrible gruesome act of murder,so that those responsible can know justice. After much extensive research I have come to the logical conclusion that the killer of this crime was Lizzie Borden.

While I investigated this case I discovered that Eli Benece, a clerk at S.R. drug store informed the police that Borden tried to purchase prussic acid (a deadly poison) a day before the murder. This piece of evidence is very interesting. She knew you could easily kill her father and stepmother with this poison, but when she could not she was forced to improvise using the ax. The Boston Daily Globe also reported rumors that ¨Lizzie and her stepmother never got along peacefully and that for a considerable, and for a considerable time back they have not spoken¨. This insight into this case could in fact mean that Lizzie could have in fact harbored anger towards her as well as her father for marrying her giving her a motive.

Another piece of evidence was that there was no sign of a break in, this means that the murder was done by someone inside the house. Since it was obviously not the maids as they were getting out of bed after the murder. That would only leave one person Lizzie Borden herself, not too mention it´s possible that she cleaned the blood from the area of the murder in order to throw everyone off.  It is also said Lizzie that claimed to be in the barn at the time of the murder there was however no evidence of her ever being there. As there were ¨no footprints on the dusty floor¨, so how could she have been in the barn as there were no footprints?

In conclusion the murder of this crime was none other than Lizzie Borden. This woman attempted to buy a deadly poison. She also claimed to have alibuy but there was no evidence to support it. While also that during her trial she gave many confused and contradicting answers leading to her many stories to be unbelievable. She also burned her dress that she was wearing of the murder. She claimed that it was cover in ¨old paint¨ if it was covered in old paint why would she wear it at all why not wash it or throw it away rather than burn it. This evidence was enough for her to be indicted into court. This is John Henrick saying……………………………………………..

The Murder of Bob Crane

On June 29,1978, a man was found in a hotel room in Scottsdale, Arizona a man was found strangled and beaten to death with a blunt object. This man was Robert ¨Bob¨ Crane a popular Hollywood actor who was best known for starring on his hit tv show ¨Hogan's Heroes¨. This murder deemed to be a great tragedy across the nation. During my investigation I discovered many incriminating evidence to bring forth a final conclusion to the case which reveals who committed the crime. After great research of this investigation, I have come to the conclusion that the man responsible for this crime is John Carpenter.

While I investigated this murder, I realized that in order to commit this murder this person would have to know exactly where he was on the day in question. The only person who knew where Mr. Crane was in fact John Carpenter. It was also revealed by Mr. Crane´s son, Robert David Crane that on night before the murder Crane and John had an argument at a night club. Robert said ¨They had a breakup of sorts´´ he went on to say ¨Carpenter lost it. He was being rejected; he was being spurned like a lover. There are eyewitnesses that night at a club in Scottsdale that said they had an argument, John and my dad." This argument was possibly a result of Crane´s diminishing relationship causing him to become, so angry that he killed him later in the night.

Further evidence shows that in his rental car police found human blood and tissue in his rental car. While the results of which were in fact inconclusive, but for what reason would he have human blood and tissue in his car. This blood and tissue was possibly left in his car when left to destroy the evidence that would prove his guilt of the crime. This is evidence that can prove that this man is the one to cause a questionable scenario that would lead to his innocence.

In Conclusion, the murderer of this murder was in fact John Carpenter. He is the only person who possesses the means by knowing his exact location. He also had a motive as Crane was going to divorce his latest lover ending the documentation of his love life. Not to mention, what other possible reason could he have for there being human blood and tissue. This is John Henrick saying…………

The Hall-Mills Murder

After years of investigating never in my career have, I investigated a case that I found, so heartbreaking. One the morning of September 16,1922 a couple found two people underneath a crabapple tree gruesomely and horribly murdered. The man was Edward Wheeler Hall a local pastor of the St. John's Episcopal Church. He was considered to be the pillar of the community of the town and was married to Mrs. Frances Hall. The woman who laid at his side was Elenor Mills a woman who singed in the church's congregation choir, she was married the church's sexton, Jimmy Mills. The two were involved in a relationship despite the marriages they were committed too. While going against their marriage vows was wrong as they lied and betrayed their wife and husband they did not deserve to die. To find the person or persons who committed this crime was easy to figure out but was hard due to everyone not wanting to choose the obvious answer. However, sometimes the obvious answer is usually the correct answer as all of the evidence and circumstances pointed toward that answer. In the end due to the evidence and given the I am forced to declare that the murderer of this crime was none other than Frances Hall.

The relationship between Hall and Mills was well known at the time as it was the greatest gossip of the town at the time. This fact alone tells us that this news being gossip Mrs. Hall would have likely one way or another would have heard about it. Another fact about this is that this woman is the only person who could possibly have a motive to kill the two, as she would have harbored anger toward Mr. Hall for betraying her and Mrs. Mills for taking her husband away from her Likewise for Mr. Mills. Next the way they were killed Mrs. Mills in particular, she was "had been shot three times in the head. one of the bullets entered the woman's forehead about two inches above the nose, another ploughed through the right cheek, and the third pierced the right temple. In addition, her throat had been cut so deeply that her jugular vein, windpipe, esophagus, and neck muscles were completely served, and her backbone could easily be seen".  This particular way she was murdered heavily implies that this murder was in fact out of a personal grudge, and Mrs. Halls is the only one who could have a personal grudge against her.

While investigating I noticed the love letters that the two wrote to each other was also present at the crime scene. These love letters would also be another way that she found out about the relationship, and with those letters she could have devised a plan to commit the murder. However, in order to do this, she would require the letters from both parties to do this. It is highly likely that the other half of the letters from Mr. Jimmy Mills allowing her to devise this plan, this would in fact implement Mr. Mills in the case but given the straightforward wat Mr. Hall was killed it is not likely that he was the one who pulled the trigger. Also, on July 16, 1926, William Randolph Hearst's tabloid revealed shocking new evidence in the case say "HALL'S BRIEBERY REVEALED" and "MRS. HALL'S SPIES HELD TOWN IN TERROR. HOW HIDDEN HAND BALKED HALL MURDER JUSTICE''. This new evidence that was being brought to light reveals that she obviously had behind the scenes in order to turn the case in er favor.

In Conclusion, the murder of this case was in Mrs. Frances Steven Hall. Eventually on January 28, 1926, Mrs. Hall and her two brothers, Willie and Henry left to set sail for Europe. Why they leave so quickly after the murder unless of course they truly had something to hide or leaving was a desperate attempt to cover their tracks. Two days before the murder Ms. Gibson said she once heard "a bitter argument between two men and two women, one with white hair like Mrs. Hall's". She went on to say that she heard a woman yell "Explain these letters "followed by gunshots which was led up by a yell of "Henry". Given the circumstances of this entire case this heated argument was Mrs. Hall confronting the Edward and Ellena resulting in a gun fight. This is John Henrick saying..............................................
